Thats the Craiglist link with pics. i didnt want to load up Curt's site with my pics. Im looking for $850 as is. Ive used it many times with my kids in the past 5 years. Its got some hiccups but nothing major. Hard plastic sides (not canvas).

Never used the stove though its all there (old LP tank).

Call Chuck at 508-688-9475.

Located in Webster MA.

Will consider trading for 10-12 foot jon boat w electric trolling motor in good shape.

Kids dont want to camp anymore, they would rather fish and stay at a rental property. Whats with kids these days?  ;D

Nice day started at 1pm with temps in the low 70s.  Early fishing produced some rather latge nearly 1 lb crappies, a few small perch 1 pick, 2 large mouths 1-2 lbs, and the biggest bass i have ever caught 5.5 lbs.  She didnt give much of a fight as she was VERY pregnant and extremely fat. SPun the canoe around a few times though. What a beauty. There was another bass inches away from her as we brought her to the surface. Maybe a male? The following bass had to be at least a lb or 2 bigger. It was huge. Made my year fishing already! As the years go by it seems the fishing at this pond is getting thinner and thinner with more and more people fishing the shore and bringing there jon boats and stuff to the tiny pnd. More and more trash is scattered every day it seems. I ran into a few fishing off the shore with a bucket full of 1 - 2 Lb bass. Unreal how people keep this small fish. I tossed back a 5.5. He was so excited about hearing that im sure he'll be there all year waiting for that one to come back to him. Of course none of these people have Lic. There should be a law stating in order to buy bait or tackle u need a lic. Ya cant buy bullets without a lic. Its incredible in MA how you pay $30 for a Lic. and these people take all the fish for free.

"Nomar goes to the Cubs" so long Nomar for one, I won't miss ya. We paid way too much money for a guy who couldn't produce in the clutch for years. Missed 57 games this year for an injury that was supposed to last a week. That great playoff performance he didnt have last year when it counted. Whether or not we got some1 who is good or not doesnt matter as long as he is gone. Pokey can play SS and Bellhorn at 2nd is just fine and with one of the best first basemen in MLB right now its lookin better than ever. - Just rambling again.

Fished Saccarap Pond in oxford MA monday. It was a very wet with the occasional downpour. Managed about 7 1lb small mouths on watermellon style Gary Yamamoto worms. They seemed to hit these worms almost instantly. A few crappies here and there but nothing amazing. Just a nice day out on the canoe.

The Hawg Forum / Fizzing pellets?

Bubbling or fizzing pellets? Ive been seeing them pop up in tons of stores and recently read in "In-fiserman" they got good reveiws. Supposedly they attract basss with the noise and you can also pinch them into tube baits i hear. Is this just another new fad like the scent that 50% love and 50% dont believe in?

Just casting off the dock at my relatives tonite. Couldnt take seeing the fish biting at the bugs i had to grab my pole. About 20 minutes after sundown, the first bite proved to be a 3 lb LM on the other end of my line. What a sight for sore eyes. I have been goose egged so many times this year so far I thought I had forgot how to fish. But it was a great feeling to reach down and grab that first real bad boy of the year. What a feeling.  ;D

Goose egg again. Water temps were 47-50. Deepest point in the pond that we found was 10 feet. Extremely windy. Small white caps even showed up for a little while. It was crappy conditions for our canoe but we survived. thats the third time in 3 weeks with no fish landed out of this pond. The "Cuda" picked up a few on radar but never really showed themselves as the were all sitting on bottom. getting extremelty rtired of going out there and not getting anything. Maybe its still too early in the year. Water temps may not warm enough just yet. What do you think? ???

Northeast U.S. Fishing Reports / Carbuncle Pond, Eddy Pond 4/3
« on: April 04, 2004, 04:05:42 PM »
Went to Carbuncle in Oxford MA yesterday. Managed some small trout (just got stocked last Sat.).
Then moved on to Eddy Pond in Auburn MA. Couple small pick, 1lb sm bass. Not much biting up here yet. Very cold water still. Though while at the center of Oxford there is a bait shop I went to to get some minnows and while I was there a guy had just come in to get his 9 1/2 lb brown trout 27 inches long registered and pic taken. That was one heck of a fish. He pulled it out of Wachusette Res in MA on a "small" minnow with 8lb line! keep in mind no boats or canoes are allowed there. He pulled this bad boy off the shore! Was quite a site to see. It was extra special seeing as though my little brother was with me and he had never seen anything of the sort before.  :o

All these polls about rods and reels and different styles of bait. How about a few replies on size and style and brand of hook you prefer most? Also do any of you use live bait anymore? I see alot of posts without any mention of this. Seems Im the only guy here who uses them ona  regular basis.

Stood on the stone wall for 3 hrs today. Not one bite. The water was very cold still. We ran into a pair of guys and they said the day before a guy caught a 9 1/2 lb bass off the shore across the lake. But it wasnt a total loss. We took the kids and it turned into a lesson in patients. they didnt start throwing rocks into teh water until the last 1/2 hr.  ::)
