Saturday looks like a fine day Curt.
I figured you would have had that break-in all done by now, with the BALMY temps we been having.

Me and Dave fished a tourney last Saturday, and there was a G3 there that got me thinking about ya!!!

Curt....the 1972 Dolphins went 17-0 while winning the Super Bowl.

After the PATS win the Super Bowl this year, they will be the 1st team to go 19-0........and quite possiblie the last too.

Tony explained it well...... ;)
I myself would purchase a St.Croix Premier 6ft..6in./Medium Action as an all-around bass rod.You can throw most all plastics as well as topwater and jigs with that versatile rod.I own a few myself, and use them for multiple baits.

My son's team was eliminated from the State tourney after 3 games.

They lost to Portsmouth 8-0....the opposing pitcher threw a NO-hitter against them.

It was a FUN run anyway, and being the 3rd best team in R.I. isn't that bad at all. :)

My son's team took it on the chin Sunday against Cranston West.

They are now in the loser's bracket final tonight at 6:30 against Portsmouth. They must now win 3 games in a row to advance to's definately gonna be a TOUGH task now.

I'll keep ya posted as to the results...

My son's team Warwick American defeated Cumberland National last night 3-1 in Wickford. They play again tonight at 7:30 against Cranston West in the winners bracket. If Warwick can win 2 more games in a row, they will be the Rhode Island State Champs and be headed to Bristol,Ct. to represent R.I. in the New England Regional.

I'm hoping and praying here....i'll keep ya all posted on the outcome!!!

Bob W.......i received the past 3 issues of the Warwick Beacon yesterday.....but thanks again for the kind gesture on your part!!!

REALLY looking forward to the 1st round of the State Playoffs......i think Warwick National has a good shot at taking the State Title....time will tell though.

I'll keep the site posted on there results......
