Hybrid lure design is my obsession and last week this one proved itself in my pond for panfish and bass.

The quivering tips when the lure drops using a 1/16 oz jig was all that was needed to get attacked.

I started to experiment with different tip size and lure lengths, but the top lure shown which is 2.5" was smacked in many areas the first time I used it just after 12 pm and under a bright sun.
Should be interesting to see if is will work under a float with a light chop on the water.
The bodies were cut from from old disc (Ring) worms since the center of the worm is very thin.

I can't remember the last time I fished it, but kind of remember it working as is on a light jig.

I used to fish the Ringworm a ton!! Bass would eat it up on certain days

I think it's sold under the Disc Worm name on-line.
