hi dartin, i bought a new triton sf21 last year w/225 honda .it came witha 26 3 blade stainless prop ,i was only pushing 4200 rpm .@55 mph i had a hard time pulling a 250 pound guy out of the water slalom  .so i did testing with props ended up with 4 blade 20 pitch 6000rpm@70+mphwith 3 inches to spare on jack plate for more power .and will rip your arms out now.so find out what your max rpm on the motor is ,every pitch change will change rpm about 200-250 and depends on which way you want to go holeshot lower number ,but may loose speed or may gain like i did
