Jon boat trailer?
« on: May 22, 2020, 03:09:48 PM »
If anyone has or knows of a Jon boat trailer for sale let me know. It seems most or all small trailer mfg companies have a 30 day back order due to the shut down, and yes I've looked everywhere.

I have seen a few people now that convert a Harbor Freight trailer into a boat trailer. Not really sure what it entails, but I know its been done. How many boat yards have you called? They normally have a ton of trailers lying around. Especially ones that work on small boats. Mcgrews boats in charlestown down the road from me comes to mind. There is also a boat storage place/yard on Old post rd in charlestown. Countless boat yards you can check out down this end of the state!

@metz12 , harbor freight has no trailers, that's my issue.

@toadhunter

I don't know if you've checked it out before... but I just did a search on Facebook Marketplace:

Honestly, with a Crawdad, you can just look for a used small flatbed trailer. I picked one up a few years ago that a guy had for sale for $100, just down the road from me. Has a tilt bed too!
