I've been using the FG knot for a while now with great success. it does take some practice to tie but i have it down pretty good.
Came across this video for the Shin Fukae knot and it looks fairly easy and fast to tie. Might have to try it out!

Thanks for posting this, Joe! This knot doesn't look too complicated, but I believe the Lefty Kreh knot is the easiest, especially if being tied on the water!
