PIKE AT CHAPMANS

rumor has it a guy caught a 32.4 pike at chapmans 2weeks ago on a huge shiner

I haven't caught a Pike in a few years there but i'm not surprised there's a few still lurking  8)

It's been a long time since I've caught any pike in there either. But if there are some left, they are probably giants.

@dunaprop I'm assuming that was caught ice fishing?

yes...... ice fishing.......heard he had to make hole bigger to land it ...and it stayed on  the line.....he let her go ...to live another day ...for us to look  for.....

yes...... ice fishing.......heard he had to make hole bigger to land it ...and it stayed on  the line.....he let her go ...to live another day ...for us to look  for.....

Good that he let it go. I seen to many pike taking thru the ice and killed just for pictures  >:(

Glad to hear it was released! As Joe said, way too many ice anglers kill the fish they catch. That fish is a potential new state record Pike!!
