Watchaug Pond boat ramp.
« on: April 23, 2018, 01:25:18 PM »
Went to Watchaug this morning only to find the ramp closed :P

Hear it's closed till mid June. Putting in a new ramp with a 20' dock. Long overdue but timing sucks!

@Joe P I also heard they're doing Indian Lake too. Not sure if they're doing it right now or not.

Kind of hard to believe the timing of this. All of the usual spring tourneys at Watchaug will have to be canceled.

So Watchaug and Indian will be closed to fishing until these projects are done, estimated to be mid June.  :hmm:

Indian really needs it, tough to launch there if your alone!

Timing sucks but they have to do it sometime.  Will be worth it when it's done
