New England licence

Is there a fishing license (one document) that allows you to fish in all New England states?

I wish! Each year I spend a TON on licensee. CT,RI,MA,NH and NY... and that is before I even get a line wet.  :-\

Usually have them all except Mass and RI. Only fished 1 day in CT last season on a full season pass. I usually have 6 or so licenses, money well spent in my book.
