I added a new feature today to allow tagging or mentioning of other members in posts.
In order to tag a member, just type the @ symbol and then the person's forum username. It will turn their name into a link to their profile, as well as notifying them that they have been tagged/mentioned.
An example would be
@Curt - RI 
The other new feature is called Enotify. It's a real-time notification system that will show a small black box in the upper right corner of the forums is someone replies to a topic you're participating in or if you receive a Private Message through the forums while you're online here.
