I took a trip down there a few years ago. My kids were young so we concentrated on getting all the park entertainments in for them. The last night we got notification that our flight was going to be changed from a mid morning flight to an early evening flight. The kids wanted to hang by the pool so my wife suggested that I should book a fishing trip. What a blast! I fished with one of the Disney guides, Dave Orsani, and we were on fish the whole 4 hours using every lure in the boat. We were having such a good time that Dave didn't have another trip booked, so we stayed out for 2 more hours free of charge.
I would certainly do that again in the furure, without a doubt!
