Joe....i asked RollinD,and he said no cut off for prefishing.

There is a tourney there Saturday,so your prefishing might be rendered useless from people sticking fish Saturday.

See ya there Sunday morning, and good luck to ya buddy.

It is a 10 boat tourney on Saturday....shouldn't hurt it too bad,but they will surely stick a few fish.Really wont affect me because i can't catch a fish there early in the year anyway...LOL

There is going to be more then 10 boats if he takes everyone that shows up. I know atleast 10 boats from this area that are going and the guy says there will be probably 10 more of the usuals that follow his trail. I will be fishing both tournies. Atleast that way if my fish get burned up on sat. it will be by me.

He has a permit pulled for 10 boats.Im sure DEP will be around that day,and hate to see him get harassed for too many boats and too many parking spots taken.

I think there should have been a cut-off for the Icebreaker, and people would have had to choose the tourney they were fishing.Almost like CHEATING being there the day before fishing.I guess some people will try to win at all COSTS!!!!!

As far as the permit he called the state up and got it move to the max. for the parking lot which is 25 boats. Half the lots capacity. As far as fishing the day before being cheating. I guess every pro tourny across america is full of cheaters. It doesn' t give an advantage, it can only hurt. If there was a cut off then I would only fish the ice breaker, but there isn' t and there is not any other events going on in this area that day that I know of. I posted a e-mail when I heard about the tourny back in jan., but the guy didn' t chanfe it do to other things he has going on. When he talked to people before he made the trail, everyone told him that the ice breaker would be the 1st sun.. It was moved a week later, and nobody found out untill the permits where ok'd.

7a.m. to 1p.m., you must be there in the water a half hour early or he will not let you in. They check livewells and things like that during this time.
