No, my parents stay there for a month or so each summer so we decided to keep it as long as they want to use it. Last payment is next month.    I spend a week a month or so at their place in the winter....works out. I make out.....Mom cooks for me too.

We don't rent anymore. Getting out to Brownfield was cutting into my fishing. Lot of vacation rentals in Maine though; homeaway.com.
