No, my parents stay there for a month or so each summer so we decided to keep it as long as they want to use it. Last payment is next month.  :yes:  I spend a week a month or so at their place in the winter....works out. I make out.....Mom cooks for me too.

Sounds like it works out well for you! Do you still rent it out at all?

We don't rent anymore. Getting out to Brownfield was cutting into my fishing. Lot of vacation rentals in Maine though; homeaway.com.
