Connecticut River boat launches

Can anyone give me a link or info about boat launches and directions on the CT river.  In particular I'm looking for any north of Essex.

Try this link, the angling guide usually list launch areas.

i'm heading out from Voluntown, CT.  I remember going to a Wethersfield Cove launch years ago.  Is that still open?  Is that a state run ramp?

No, it's town owned, E. Hartford has was but I think there is a $15 wekend fee.  Hartford at Riverside Park has one, don't know if there is a fee.  There is a state owned launch west side just under the Bissell Bridge (RTE 291) free, it's about 2 miles north of Hartford on the river.
