Pachaug Pond to Be Drawn Down Soon!
« on: October 02, 2017, 02:58:39 PM »
If you plan on fishing at Pachaug Pond this fall, be sure to do it right away!

They will be drawing the dam lake down, starting on October 9, for a dam inspection and some minor repairs.

I fished Johnsons when they lowered it for dam repair and it was non stop action. I wonder if you'll be able to launch a small boat?

Small boats will be launchable only if you want to carry it a short distance to get to the channel.

If it's possible I'd like to go there once the draw down is in full swing but have no way of knowing if it's physically possible(live in Northern R.I.)  I have a Crawdad and if someone who lives nearby would check for me they would be welcome to fish for the day. Say the 28th of Oct. @Curt - RI , @Joe P or anyone else.

Has anyone been by Pachaug? Is it possible to put my Crawdad in?

@toadhunter I haven't been anywhere near there recently, since it's a half hour drive from where I live and I typically don't have any reason to go that way unless I'm fishing over there somewhere.

Anyone else??
