Has anyone fished the Blackstone
« on: November 19, 2016, 12:42:29 PM »
I am thinking about fishing the blackstone for bass. Has anyone fished the river? Where to launch? Any good stories?

Thanks

I personally haven't ever fished it.

When you say you're thinking about fishing it, do you mean for the very first time?

I'm not 100% sure, but I think maybe @toadhunter might have fished it at some point in the past. Maybe also @Pat_RI ?

You can launch in CF off of broad street before the Cumberland town hall. Small smallies, LM, and big pike. Be careful running motor as it is crazy shallow in some spots. Great ramp.
I fish therefore I lie.

No worries @toadhunter I wasn't sure if you had or not but figured it was worth asking.
