Chapmans Pond Tourney?

I know there is a tourney in the spring on chapmans every year. But im trying to find out who/ what club hosts it? this pond is right next to my house basically and i love fishing there! (before the water chestnut takes over)

My club, SRIBA, holds a tourney there every so often in the early Spring. We did last year and we will again this year. BUt there may be other people who do so, so I'm not sure who you're actually seeing out there.

Boat size doesn't matter much, provided it is safe and has a suitable livewell to keep 5 fish alive.
