One in the same.... Johnsons is really a nickname.

Also FYI the campground raised it's launching fee last year to $15.00. New owner at the campground, don't believe they changed it back to $10.00 for this year.

Also changed last year, no more tournaments after May 15th  can launch at Colwells anymore. they did it so they to get more camping sites near the water and less traffic at the ramp for the campers.  They really don't want us there anymore. They origanlly were going to ask 25.00 per boat launch fee.
Men and fish are alike, they both get in trouble when they open their mouths...

I heard something about this last year and it was my impression that tournaments were no longer going to be allowed to launch from Colwells. Apparently it takes effect mid-May, right before the major camping season starts.

Dang would have like to jump in on this one but already have a tournament that day! I'll be very interested in the weights. Toward the end of last year that place was fishing very different for me. I was catching fish of better quality in places I wouldn't usually fish.

Hope ya catch a great day!

Quick question: Will the tournament be Limited to the waters above Flat river road? or are the waters open to fishing beyond the flat river road bridge down to the Hill farm road bridge?
